IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD FEEL LIKE...
-
to wake up in the morning, drink your hot cup of coffee, and feel RESTED and rejuvenated because you and your baby had an amazing night's sleep.
-
to sleep next to your partner every night, in your own bed
-
to tuck your little one in for bed and they happily fall asleep on their own and SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT
-
to never worry about how many times your little one will wake up overnight

Imagine what it would be like if sleep were easy.
WHAT IF YOU COULD SLEEP TRAIN
WITHOUT "CRYING IT OUT"?
DO YOU USE "CRY IT OUT"?

"CIO" has a different meaning to everyone, but in the sleep world, "CIO” is a pretty antiquated method where you lay your baby or toddler down for sleep, close the door, and don’t return until morning, no matter how much they cry. This is called "Extinction" and is what some pediatricians still recommend to this day.
I take a much more responsive and supportive approach to sleep training, where you're able to remain in the room throughout the entire sleep training process or perform timed check-ins - giving your little one space to independently work on the skill of sleep while remaining responsive and connected the entire time.

WILL THERE BE CRYING?

We can’t guarantee there will never be crying - it’s our baby and toddler’s primary form of communication, they’re tired, and we’re introducing a big change in the way they fall asleep and fall back to sleep. Crying is a very natural and healthy response to change.

While crying is never easy to listen to, I give you a clear plan for how to minimize crying while giving your little one a fair chance to work on this new skill, by following a set feeding and sleep schedule, following a sleep training method that feels doable to you, and being consistent so your little one knows exactly what to expect from you.

This is EXACTLY what I teach you, step by step, in my playbook.

WHAT METHODS DO YOU USE?

I teach you two methods based on your child's age. The Goodnight Baby & Toddler Playbooks give you a clear plan for teaching your little one how to fall asleep on their own, in their own sleep space, and stay asleep until it's time to wake up, using sleep training methods that are responsive and gentle.
-
The Chair Method - Allows you to stay in the room with your little one while they fall asleep and back to sleep, while setting clear and loving expectations and boundaries around sleep. This is appropriate for babies and toddlers 10 months and older.
-
The Gentle 3 Minute Method - Allows you to be responsive to your infant or toddler during the entire process by closely listening to their cry and returning to the room in 2 - 5 minute increments depending on your comfort level. This is appropriate for babies and toddlers 5 months and older.
