Perfect for the parent who would be more successful with a personalized training phone call and in-depth follow-up support. This package includes over-the-phone sleep training and one week of email follow-up support. We will perform an in-depth sleep evaluation, which will be used to create a customized sleep plan for your children - one that aligns with your children's personalities and your parenting philosophies so you feel completely comfortable moving forward. We will then schedule a training call and discuss in detail your sleep plan so that you feel confident implementing your plan.
